The Powell Peralta Chris Hiett Skull Maple Green skateboard deck is Chris's first pro model pressed in 7-ply maple on Shape 310. This deck-only board measures 9.5 inches wide by 31.13 inches long with a 14.63 inch wheelbase, a 5.5 inch nose, and a 6.8 inch tail, a wide modern pool shape for bowls, parks, and transition. Vernon Courtlandt Johnson's jack-in-the-box skull sits on a neon green field with metallic foil and fluorescent ink. Seven plies of North American hard rock maple, short 4-2.125 inch truck holes, and K26 concave deliver classic maple pop and lock-in with no included grip tape.

Vernon Courtlandt Johnson drew Chris Hiett's first pro graphic as a skeleton bursting from a jack-in-the-box, a picture of breaking out of limits and owning who you are. Court was working on the heart at the center of that box when he had a heart attack, which gave the drawing a second meaning neither he nor Chris planned. Neon green paint, metallic foil, and fluorescent ink make the skull pop, but the fluorescent layer fades in direct sun and the foil scratches if the board is unpacked roughly. Keep it out of UV if the graphic is the point.
Shape 310 Maple Platform and K26 Concave
Powell Shape 310 runs a full 9.5 inch width on a compact 31.13 inch length with a 14.63 inch wheelbase, a short 5.5 inch nose, and a 6.8 inch tail for pool and park control. K26 concave is a medium-to-mellow radial designed to work on wider molds, locking the feet without boxing in flip tricks. The short 4-2.125 inch truck hole pattern keeps hardware placement tight. Seven-ply North American hard rock maple, pressed with Powell's maple construction, gives the familiar flex and pop riders expect when they want wood instead of Flight.
