Sticker FAQs

We have two methods. Either stickers are placed on a rigid sheet of cardboard/cardstock and shrink wrapped tight before shipping or we mail them in a rigid envelope.

We guarantee your stickers will arrive in pristine condition or your money back.

However you want! There is no one "best" way to decorate your skateboard with stickers.

There are a few tricks that we would recommend though.

  • Make sure the surface where you will be sticking the stickers is clean and free of damage / debris.
  • Flat surfaces work best. Curved surfaces can cause wrinkles and bubbles.

You can also apply stickers to the top of your deck before applying clear grip to get the stickers underneath your skateboards griptape. This can create a pretty cool look.

The removal method really depends on the type of mounting surface the stickers are stuck to. Here are our recommendations:

  • Glass: Carefully use a sharp razor blade or better yet, razor scraper to remove the sticker. You can also remove the sticker residue with the scraper.
  • Skateboard Deck: Use a heat gun to warm the sticker, then peel it off. Use rubbing alcohol to remove the excess sticker residue.
  • Car Bumper: Use a heat gun to warm the sticker, then peel it off. Use rubbing alcohol to remove the excess sticker residue. Be extra careful to take your time and not damage your car paint.
  • Plastic: Depending on the density of the plastic (hardness) you can remove stickers with a razor, similar to glass. However, be very careful not to scratch the plastic. You can also use light heat and peel it off. Then use rubbing alcohol to break down the sticky excess.
  • Helmet: Be very careful not to scratch the plastic. Use light heat and peel it off. Then use rubbing alcohol to break down the sticky excess.

Stickers can be pretty expensive and some are also pretty rare/hard to get, so we recommend putting some careful thought into where you want to stick them. Get creative! You want your new stickers to be in a place where you can see them often and clearly.

Also take note of what the background of the sticker is before you stick it. Some are clear, some are white, and still others are colored / multi-colored. All of these things will affect the way the sticker looks when it is placed.

We never recommend stickering places where it is not legal to sticker stuff and we wouldn't know anything about that.

We wouldn't know anything about that.
