Double Action HardCore Technology
Traditional bushings are single-action: the hanger web compresses only one side of the bushing while the opposite side is simply pushed away from the kingpin. Bones Hardcore Bushings change that equation. A hard core insert is chemically bonded through the center of the high-rebound urethane, linking both sides of the bushing. When you lean, one side still compresses as expected, but the bonded core prevents the other side from squeezing out and actually increases resistance, so both sides work for you at the same time. The result is highly responsive turns, better truck centering, more control, and bushings that refuse to pop out of their cups. You get the easy lean of an 81a soft bushing plus the stability and rebound that usually only come with harder compounds. The Silverfish Wiki recommends following the guidelines below while picking your bushings. Find your weight range and choose a bushing within the range that works for you. Choose harder (a higher duro) for less turn and softer (a lower duro) for more turn. Remember that these are general guidelines, your preference may vary depending on application.
