Wheel Shape Explained
Nano Cubic updates Powell-Peralta’s classic Cubic and MiniCubic shapes for mixed street, park, and freestyle skating. The offset, asymmetrical profile puts a wide outer lip outboard to climb curbs, walls, and coping, shield axle nuts, and make coconut wheelies possible. The inner lip leaves more truck exposed, locks onto rails and obstacles for grinds, then releases when you commit to the slide. Officially a wide ride patch at 58mm with a 21mm contact patch, this size adds roll and stability while the offset shape stays lighter and more agile than old-school cubics.
