The Powell Peralta Zach Doelling Archer Flight Copper Foil skateboard deck is the wide Shape 319 version of Zach's VCJ Archer pro model. This deck-only board measures 8.75 inches wide by 31.61 inches long with a 14 inch wheelbase and matched 6.71 inch nose and tail, giving extra platform without stretching the kicks. Copper foil sits under the Archer artwork so the metallic layer flashes through VCJ's linework. Flight construction fuses U.S. hard rock maple, high-strength fiberglass, and AirLam epoxy in Ventura, California, for a thinner, stronger deck with lasting pop and no included grip tape.

Vernon Courtlandt Johnson's 2025 Archer drawing lands on copper foil for this Shape 319 colorway, so warm metal shows through the ink instead of a painted field. Screenprinted graphics over foil pick up light as the board rolls, and faint process lines in the foil sheet are a normal part of the press. The ink-to-foil bond is delicate, so collectors should unpack the deck carefully if they plan to hang it. Copper foil plus the extra 8.75 inch width makes this the standout wide Archer in the Flight lineup.
Shape 319 Width with Twin 6.71 Inch Kicks
Powell Shape 319 keeps the same 31.61 inch length and 14 inch wheelbase as the narrower Archer molds, then opens the width to 8.75 inches for stability in bowls, parks, and bigger street. Twin 6.71 inch kicks stay symmetrical, and K26 concave holds the feet with a medium-to-mellow radial that still flicks. Flight's epoxy-infused fiber stack is as thin as a phone, more than twice as strong in tail-break tests, and built so pop does not fade the way a standard 7-ply dies off after months of skating.
