Spitfire Burners Wheels in White/Silver 52mm 99a give skaters a high-quality entry-level option that still delivers real Spitfire performance. The compact 52mm diameter keeps your board low and responsive for technical tricks and flip tricks, while the 99a durometer supplies the right mix of speed, grip for landings, and clean controllable slide. The clean White/Silver colorway looks sharp on any complete and the full set of four is ready to roll. Whether you’re building your first setup or want reliable daily drivers that don’t sacrifice feel for price, the Spitfire Burners 52mm 99a White/Silver wheels deliver confidence, durability, and classic Spitfire style.
Burners Formula: Entry-Level Spitfire Quality Without Compromise
Spitfire created the Burners formula specifically for riders who want a great first ride and consistent performance without paying for premium Formula Four. At 99a hardness this unique urethane rolls fast and smooth on typical street and park surfaces while still offering enough grip for confident landings and predictable slides when you need them. The Burners pour holds up well under daily use, resists flat spots better than basic budget wheels, and gives new skaters a reliable feel that helps them progress while still satisfying more experienced riders looking for solid everyday wheels. Paired with the White/Silver graphic, these wheels bring both performance and clean style to your setup.
Wheel Shape Explained
The Bighead shape is Spitfire’s classic medium-profile wheel with a slightly wider riding surface than the standard Classic. This fuller, rounder profile adds stability and control without the squared edges of more aggressive park shapes, making it ideal for versatile street and park skating. On these 52mm Burners the 16.5mm contact patch provides enough surface area for solid grip and predictable slides while the compact overall size keeps the wheels light and quick for flip tricks and technical skating. Rounded lips further enhance the balanced feel, helping the wheels transition smoothly between grip and slide so you stay in control whether you’re cruising, carving transitions, or landing tricks.
