Lost and stolen goods have increasingly become a problem with online orders.
We offer insurance and signature requirements on certain rare items that are difficult or impossible to replace. If you have concerns about your item, please purchase these options to protect your investment.
We will not refund / replace items that do not purchase insurance or signature requirements.
What do the options actually do?
- Insurance - Protects you against damage in transit caused by the delivery service.
- Signature Requirement - Protects you against loss or porch pirates stealing your order.
Examples:
- Delivery says it arrives, customer says it did not.
We love you, but we do not know if you are stealing from us or if someone stole it from you. The shipping company will not honor insurance, since they delivered it.
We will not reimburse this order without insurance and signature required. - Item is never delivered, shipping company cannot find the item.
We will reimburse this order. - Item is delivered, shipping company damaged the item in transit.
We will not reimburse this order without insurance purchased. - Item is delivered, but incorrect.
Order will need to be returned. If it was our mistake, we will pay for the return.
We will reimburse this order, with an undamaged return. - Item is delivered, but item is damaged. Box is fine.
We will need to see photos if we damaged it or if it is a warranty issue. Skateboards always have some small natural imperfections and we will not reimburse for these.
We may reimburse this order.
